Modular Framing Systems is proud to announce that our inventory of aluminum panels manufactured by P3 has arrived! The new panels have textured aluminum on one side and silver pre-varnished on the other. We also currently stock panels with galvanized skin inside and out with one side pre-varnished in a light beige color. Panels can be ordered in full sheets or cut & trimmed to spec.

The foam core is produced using the manufacturer’s globally patented Hydrotec formulation which uses water as a blowing agent. The Hydrotec formulation has the advantage of being an environmental friendly production method with a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 0 and Ozone Depletion potential (ODP) of 0. Both factors are very important in projects designed according to regulations for LEED, BREEAM etc..
Internal and external surface with 0.5mm (0.019 inch) metal sheet; hydrotec foam 44-47kg/m3 (2.7-2.9lb/ft3); dimension 302×125 cm (118.9×49.2 inch) 25 or 45.5 mm thick (1 or 1.8 inch)
To achieve an R 12 insulation rating, a panel 52 mm (2.05 inches) thick is required.
